How can this therapy benefit you?

In turn, it can reduce some of the symptoms related to weight gain, such as supporting cellular detoxification and elimination of waste, reducing bloating and fluid retention, increasing body hydration levels, improving oxygenation and energy levels, and strengthening your circulatory system.

How does it work?

Merging three concepts — exercise, infrared technology and negative pressure — the encapsulated cardio chambers can override genetic programming and burn fat efficiently from the stomach, bottom and thighs. What is the process?

We invite you to dress as you would attending any exercise class, and please ensure that you wear appropriate footwear for movement. You will be fitted with any additional equipment required in studio. You may wish to bring a book to read, or headphones and a device that you can listen to a podcast on.

This protocol takes 30 minutes. Sessions are recommended as frequently as your routine allows. No downtime is required. Avoid food for two hours after your session, and drink at least 1.5L of water that day.
