Restorative Massage

A nurturing full-body relaxation massage designed to calm the nervous system, release stress and tension, and support deep rejuvenation. Gentle to medium pressure tailored to your individual needs using warm oil and long flowing strokes, with deeper work available through areas of muscular tension — particularly the upper back, shoulders and neck.

Perfect for those feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, emotionally depleted, or simply in need of a relaxing massage with caring touch.

Body Scrub Ritual

For a more immersive experience, incorporate a Body Scrub Ritual before your massage. This promotes circulation and prepares the skin for deeper hydration from the massage oils — leading to total bliss.

The scrub allows 20 minutes for the ritual and 10 minutes for showering, perfectly preparing your skin and senses for the massage that follows.

Healing Bodywork

A deeply personalised and intuitive treatment designed for those seeking reconnection with themselves. Sessions incorporate breathwork, sound therapy, energy healing and vocal release — with guiding touch to work through layers of tension and support emotional release and energetic stagnation.

Each experience is unique and intentionally created, offering a safe and supportive space for those wishing to process emotions and explore deeper healing. This session is a co-creation — the client is engaged throughout the process.

Available after an initial Restorative Massage session — allowing space for trust, comfort and mutual resonance to develop naturally before moving into deeper healing.

Oncology Massage

Gentle, specialised therapy adapted safely for anyone with a cancer diagnosis or history. Pressure, positioning and techniques are carefully modified to support the body through treatment, recovery and beyond.

It is also possible to receive a fully clothed Bone Marrow Production Support Sequence — a light, systematic touch designed to support bone marrow production and stimulate the immune system through deep relaxation principles.

Maria holds Oncology Massage Foundation Level 1 qualifications and is currently completing Level 2 (finishing June 2026). At this stage, treatments are offered with a gentle and supportive approach while continuing professional training in this specialised field. Please allow extra time for your initial appointment — including a comprehensive consultation to map your safe treatment plan.

With more than 10 years of experience in the wellness industry, Maria offers restorative massage and holistic bodywork designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and support deep relaxation, restoration and reconnection with self.

Maria holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy (2016) and has worked in luxury spas and wellness spaces across Australia over the past decade. Her treatments combine therapeutic massage, intuitive touch, breath awareness and holistic care — tailored to each individual.

Sessions are created to support relaxation and may benefit those experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional fatigue, menopause-related changes, or those seeking deeper nervous system balance and overall wellbeing.

Maria's approach blends therapeutic skill with intuitive care and a calming presence — creating a nurturing experience that supports the whole person and invites moments of deep rest and renewal.
